About Us

I’m Daniel Carneiro, the founder of Brighter Days ABA. My journey in special education began as an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) teacher, where I spent several years working hands-on with students to foster growth, independence, and confidence. I later served as a school-based Exceptional Student Education (ESE) Specialist, supporting teachers, families, and students through individualized plans and interventions.

I hold a Master’s degree in Exceptional Student Education and have extensive experience working with individuals with disabilities, with a specialty in autism. After years in the school system, I transitioned into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to expand my ability to make meaningful, lasting change beyond the classroom.

I’m deeply passionate about empowering individuals and their families, helping them reach goals that truly matter, and ensuring progress carries over into all areas of life—home, school, and community.
